What are your limits? Freerunning (also known as Parkour) is the latest urban sport to hit Scotland’s streets – running without limits. It’s an activity that combines physical strength and fast thinking to move through any environment regardless of obstacles, using only the body. Know the Score are holding a series of free freerunning events in locations across Scotland. Launching at Glasgow’s Caledonian University on Friday 19th March, freerunning events will also be held in Kilmarnock, Dumfries, Dundee, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Inverness over the coming weeks.
